Upon completing a Transaction, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us for the purchase of the product and/or service. All Transactions are final. Once a Transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
We do not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges for any product and/or service purchased on the Platform, including but not limited to cases of dissatisfaction, change of mind, perceived value, non-usage, or misunderstanding of the offering.
By proceeding with the Transaction, the User acknowledges that they have reviewed all relevant information, descriptions, and terms related to the product and/or service and agrees to be bound by this No Refund Policy.
Any requests raised for cancellation or refund through tickets, emails, or other communication channels, will not be entertained or approved.
